It is almost impossible not to find some sort of HVAC or electrical system in place in any modern building. HVAC systems are responsible for regulating the indoor climate of buildings ranging from residences to high-rise office buildings. On the other hand, electrical systems obviously supply electricity throughout the whole building. While there are differences between these two systems, both of them rely a lot on relays for controlling various aspects of operation. Because HVAC systems are so complex, there needs to be constant care and maintenance to ensure continued smooth operation. HVAC is actually a combination of systems working together to ensure the comfort level of indoor environments, and is very important when designing medium to large office and industrial buildings. In such complex systems, it can only be expected that there will be a few components that will break down from time to time, making it necessary to buy air conditioner parts for replacement. You would need to ensure the compatibility of the parts you are buying though.
